We’re a broker, and we say so up front. We don’t own trucks. We choose, vet and coordinate the crews that do, and we stay your single point of contact throughout. Most brokers hand you off and disappear. That’s the part we do differently.
Our written estimate is what you pay. If something changes on your side (more items, a different address), we tell you before anything moves, never after the truck is loaded.
You declare your irreplaceable items before we start. Coverage and valuation are explained in writing before you sign anything, so you know exactly what’s covered.
